The Order dated November 28, 2016 by Mediator-Arbiter Atty. Maureen Zena Serazon-Tongson is hereby AFFIRMED as to results. SO RESOLVED.Movant Obrero Pilipino-Sagara Metro Plastic Chapter contends that the questionable Collective Bargaining Agreement should not be used to render meaningless the worker's constitutional right to collective bargaining and self-organization, most particularly their right to select a bargaining representative given the unique situation in their company.
