Obrero-Samson, the dispositive portion of which reads: WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Petition for Certification Election filed by St. Paul University Manila, Inc. is hereby DISMISSED.SO ORDERED.The facts are as follows:St. Paul University Manila, Inc. (St. Paul University, for brevity) is a non-stock, non-profit, charitable and education institution.
