Demetillo-Galvan, the dispositive portion of which reads: WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Petition for Certification Election filed by Petitioner SUMIFRU Philippines, Inc. Employees Union (SPIEU)-TUPAS and Intervenor SUMIFRO Philippines Workers Organization (SPWO) are hereby GRANTED. Accordingly, the DOLE-South Cotabato Filed Office (SCFO) is hereby ORDERED to conduct a certification election among the rank and file employees of SUMIFRU Philippines, Inc. at T'Boli, South Cotabato subject to the conduct of pre-election conference/s, with the following as choices:1.      SUMIFRU PHILIPPINES, INC.
