August 10, 2018.](RO4A-LPO-CE-07-24-04-17)IN RE: PETITION FOR CERTIFICATION ELECTION AMONG THE SUPERVISORY EMPLOYEES OF THE RED SYSTEMS COMPANY, INC.FEDERATION OF FREE WORKERS, petitioner-appellee,RED SYSTEMS COMPANY, INC., respondent-appellant.RESOLUTIONThis resolves the Appeal filed by The Red Systems Company, Inc. from the Order dated 24 January 2018 of DOLE Regional Office No. IV-A Mediator-Arbiter Rosita C. Villaluz, the dispositive portion of which reads: WHEREFORE, premises considered, the election protest filed by the employer is denied for lack of merit; and for having garnered a convincing double majority votes, Unified Supervisors of the Redsystems Company, Inc.-FFW Chapter (USTRCI-FFW) is hereby certified as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent of the supervisory employees at Redsystems Company, Inc.SO RESOLVED.The facts as culled from the records are as follows:On 24 April 2017, the Federation of Free Workers (FFW), in behalf of Unified Supervisors of The Redsystems Company, Inc.-FFW Chapter (USTRCI-FFW), filed a Petition for Certification Election seeking to represent the more or less 150 regular supervisory employees of The Redsystems Company, Inc.
