Obrero-Samson, the dispositive portion of which reads: WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Petition for Certification Election filed by Philippine Trade and General Workers Organization (PTGWO) for and in behalf of its chapter, Vassar Industries Workers Union-PTGWO is hereby GRANTED.
