DIZON, EDUARDO BINUYA, JENSEN DAVID, JANUARIO PALAC, MURPHY MACAPINLAC and other candidates running under LDM Party, respondents-appellants.RESOLUTIONThis resolves the Memorandum of Appeal filed by Jeffrey Franco and other candidates under Laban ng Demokratikong Manggagawa (LDM) party from the Order dated 04 August 2016 issued by Circuit Mediator Arbiter Erwin C. Angeles, the dispositive portion of which reads as follows: "WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Complaint for Interpleader of International Wiring System (PHILS) (sic) is hereby GRANTED. The Incumbent Officers of International Wiring System Workers Union and its President are DECLARED acting in hold-over capacity. International Wiring System Workers Union through its incumbent President and/or his authorized representatives and International Wiring System (Phils) Corporation are ENJOINED to immediately start the negotiation for purposes of collective bargaining agreement.Accordingly, the said negotiation shall continue,...
