June 30, 2020POEA ADVISORY NO. 87-20ISSUANCE OF A MULTI-PURPOSE AIRB CLEARANCEPursuant to Advisory No. 1 (series of 2020) of the Anti-Red Tape Authority, enjoining government agencies to implement measures in order to eliminate overregulation and promote efficiency of government processes, and to simplify procedures and documentary requirements during the COVID-19 emergency, the Anti-Illegal Recruitment Branch shall now be issuing a Multi-Purpose AIRB Clearance. HTcADCThis directive is adopted as a further improvement to the implementation of the online application and issuance Process of the AIRB Clearance. Moreover, this measure intends to reduce the number of times applicants would need to apply for an AIRB clearance for different purposes (e.g., license renewal, employee new hire, Japan TITP requirement etc.), and is consistent with clearance issuance procedures of other government agencies.
