April 30, 2020POEA ADVISORY NO. 55-20ITALY EXTENDS VALIDITY OF EXPIRED PERMITS TO STAY (PERMESSO DI SOGGIORNO)The Italian Government, through the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), informs all Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) who need to return to Italy, that the validity of expired permits to stay (Permesso Di Soggiorno) has been extended until 15 June 2020. The new regulation applies also to other foreign nationals who need to return to Italy for work-related reasons. The extension is applicable to work permits that expired between 31 January 2020 and 15 April 2020.For the information and guidance of all concerned.(SGD.) BERNARD P.
