WORKERS UNION (LDIWU), respondents-appellees.RESOLUTIONThis resolves the Appeal Memorandum filed by Laguna Dai-ichi, Inc. from the Order dated 13 July 2016 of the DOLE-Region Office No. IV-A Mediator-Arbiter Maureen Zena Serazon-Tiongson, the dispositive portion of which reads: WHEREFORE, premises considered, the petition for interpleader is hereby DENIED. Laguna Dai-ichi, Inc. and Philippine D-I Workers Union-PTGWO, as the certified bargaining agent, are enjoined to resume the stalled CBA negotiation.SO ORDERED.The facts are as follows:Laguna Dai-ichi, Inc.
