June 18, 2015POEA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 008-15TO:All Concerned   SUBJECT:List of Good Employers/Foreign Recruitment Agencies (FRAs) Pursuant to the Secretary's directive to develop a continuing list of compliant employers of Filipino professionals, skilled and domestic workers and in line with providing incentives to those that practice legal and ethical recruitment and employment standards, the following initial list of accredited foreign principals/employers and FRAs have qualified under the rewards and incentives system: cDSAEI CountryName of FRA/Employer  Riyadh, KSAWorldwide Recruitment Office  QatarBouygues Batiment Int'l.
