HERNANDEZ (President), et al., respondents-appellants.RESOLUTIONThis resolves the Memorandum of Appeal filed by Guillermo L. Hernandez from the Order dated 18 December 2017 of DOLE Regional Office No. III Mediator-Arbiter Atty. Erwin C. Angeles, the dispositive portion of which reads: WHEREFORE, premises considered, Petition for the Conduct of Local Election of the majority of the Malolos Workers Union Fuel Gas (MWUFG) is hereby GRANTED.Let an election of officers of MWUFG be immediately conducted with the supervision of DOLE Region Office No. 3.SO ORDERED.The facts are as follows:Malolos Workers Union-Fuel Gas (MWU-FG, for brevity) is a local union of Federated Unions of the Energy Leaders General and Allied Services 1 (Fuel Gas, for brevity) with Charter Certificate No. 053.On 28 November 2017, members of MWU-FG, led by Carlos M.
