August 30, 2011MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) BETWEEN THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT, REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES AND THE MINISTRY OF EMPLOYMENT AND LABOR, REPUBLIC OF KOREA ON THE SENDING AND RECEIVING OF WORKERS UNDER THE EMPLOYMENT PERMIT SYSTEM OF KOREAThe Department of Labor and Employment of the Republic of the Philippines and the Ministry of Employment and Labor of the Republic of Korea (hereinafter referred to as the "Parties").
