February 19, 2020POEA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 004-20FOR : Licensed Philippine Recruitment Agencies (PRAs)   SUBJECT : Monitoring of and Provision of Advice to Landbased Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) Bound for Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR On 18 February 2020, consistent with Inter-Agency Task Force on the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) Resolution No. 6, Series of 2020, POEA Advisory No. 18, Series of 2020 was issued, allowing the travel of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) to Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR upon execution of a Declaration signifying their knowledge and understanding of the risks involved in the current health developments caused by the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). HTcADCAll licensed Philippine Recruitment Agencies (PRAs) are henceforth directed to provide advice and strictly monitor the health conditions of their deployed workers to Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR:1. Health Protocols and Onsite Precautionary Measures for Overseas Filipino Workers Prior to deployment, PRAs shall provide advice to OFWs bound for the aforecited jobsites to strictly follow the health protocols and precautionary health measures thereat.2. Monitoring of...
