October 24, 2012NLRC MEMORANDUMTO:All Executive Clerk of Court II   Board Secretaries w/o DECs  This Commission   RE:Monitoring of Transmittal of the Case Records on Appeal by the Regional Arbitration Branches (RABs) and Sub-Regional Arbitration Branches (Sub-RABs) Records reveal that there are unreasonable delays in the transmittal of case records on appeal from the RABs and Sub-RABs of origin, in defiance of Section 8, Rule VI of the 2011 NLRC Rules of Procedure. In order to strictly ensure compliance of the said provision of the Rules, the system of monitoring being observed, in closely monitoring the transmittal of case records, pursuant to Memorandum dated 28 June 2011, is hereby modified as follows:1. Monthly report 1 of the Labor Arbitration Associate (LAA) or any assigned personnel at the Office of P/Commissioners shall be through their respective Division's Executive Clerk of Court II or Board Secretary, as the case may be, and shall be submitted every Thursday of the week starting 08 November 2012; and2. The Division's Executive Clark of Court II or Board Secretary shall thereafter submit a...
