August 31, 2012NLRC ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 09-01-12In the interest of the service, and due to the proliferation of fake bonds in the Commission, all Presiding/Commissioners are hereby directed to designate their Executive Assistants and one alternate personnel, to examine the records of all cases received by them on appeal to determine if there is a surety bond posted. If a bond is posted, the Executive Assistants or the designated alternates shall, within twenty four (24) hours from receipt of the records, prepare a letter addressed to the surety/bonding company to verify whether the bond posted is genuine and validly issued (attached hereto is the template of the letter).The letter shall be prepared in three (3) copies to be signed by the Chief of the Legal and Enforcement Division who shall be responsible that the same is personally served by a designated bailiff of the Commission.
