August 31, 2012NLRC ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 09-04-12In the interest of the service, and to ensure the orderly conduct of public auction, the Sheriffs are hereby directed to abide by the following guidelines: (1) In addition to the conditions for posting of the Notice of Sale provided for in Section 1, Rule VII of the NLRC Manual on Execution of Judgment, the Notice of Sale shall likewise be posted in the NLRC website. The Sheriffs are enjoined to submit copies of the Notice of Sale to the Data Center or through facsimile and/or electronic mail, copy furnished the Legal and Enforcement Division;(2) All sales of property under execution shall be done through public auction every Wednesday, starting at nine o'clock in the morning up to five o'clock in the afternoon, at a designated place in the Regional Arbitration Branches.
