October 3, 2012NLRC ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 10-10-12In the interest of the service, and to ensure that all of the Commission's processes are duly received by party litigants, all Executive/Labor Arbiters are hereby enjoined to cause the personal service of all Summonses, Decisions, and important Resolutions and Orders affecting the rights of parties, which are returned to sender (RTS) by the postal services, through the bailiffs or any authorized officer. The bailiff or authorized officer shall personally serve the Commission's processes within three (3) days from receipt thereof and submit a return within two (2) days from date of service pursuant to Section 4, Rule V of the 2011 NLRC Rules of Procedure.For strict compliance of all concerned.October 3, 2012, Quezon City.
