October 3, 2012NLRC ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 10-10-12In the interest of the service, and to ensure that all of the Commission's processes are duly received by party litigants, all Executive/Labor Arbiters are hereby enjoined to cause the personal service of all Summonses, Decisions, and important Resolutions and Orders affecting the rights of parties, which are returned to sender (RTS) by the postal services, through the bailiffs or any authorized officer.
