October 17, 2012NLRC ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 10-23-12In the interest of the service, and to effectively investigate or hear administrative cases or complaints lodged against Presidential appointees, a Board of Inquiry (BOI) is hereby created, composed of the following: BOARD OF INQUIRY (BOI) Chairperson:Presiding Commissioner Joseph Gerard E. MabilogMembers:Commissioner Isabel G. Panganiban-OrtiguerraCommissioner Erlinda T. Agus The BOI shall use all reasonable means to ascertain the facts in each case or complaint speedily and objectively, and without regard to technicalities of law or procedure, in all instances observing due process. For this purpose, the Rules of Procedure Governing Administrative Disciplinary Proceedings in the National Labor Relations Commission shall, as far as practicable, be applied. As the disciplinary authority over Presidential appointees is vested in the President, the findings and recommendation of the BOI shall be forwarded to the Office of the Deputy Execute Secretary for Legislative Affairs (ODESLA) pursuant to Executive Order No. 13, s. 2010, for their appropriate action.This Administrative Order takes effect immediately and supersedes all issuances inconsistent hereto.For compliance of all concerned.October 17, 2012,...
