March 6, 2019NLRC EN BANC RESOLUTION NO. 002-19WHEREAS, En Banc Resolution No. 06-17, Series of 2017, authorizes the Chairman of the NLRC to create satellite offices to make the services of the Commission more accessible to the workers;WHEREAS, in order to effectively and efficiently establish and operate the satellite offices, the assistance of the Regional Offices of the Department of Labor and Employment is necessary;WHEREFORE, RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, the Commission en banc authorizes the Chairman to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Department of Labor and Employment for the establishment and operation of satellite offices.
