March 11, 2014NLRC EN BANC RESOLUTION NO. 004-14WHEREAS, on 11 October 2013, the Commission issued En Banc Resolution No. 14-13, Series of 2013, which provides for the schedule of fees and charges to be collected for certain services, which includes, among others, fees for Motion to Recompute Award, Motion for Postponement and Petition for Extra-Ordinary Remedies;WHEREAS, in line with social justice and policy of the State to afford full protection to labor and to assist complainants in obtaining inexpensive resolution of their Labor Disputes, the Commission deems it proper to exempt them from paying the aforesaid fees;WHEREFORE, RESOLVED as it is hereby RESOLVED, that complainants who execute a sworn Certification/Undertaking before the Labor Arbiter that he/she cannot afford payment shall be exempted from the following National Labor Relations Commission fees:1.
