April 20, 2017NLRC EN BANC RESOLUTION NO. 004-17WHEREAS, Article 225 [218], paragraph (a) of the Labor Code, as amended, provides that the Commission shall have the power to promulgate rules and regulations governing the hearing and disposition of cases before it and its regional arbitration branches, as well as those pertaining to its internal rules functions and such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of the Labor Code; WHEREAS, in the exercise of his exclusive administrative supervision over the Commission, its regional arbitration branches and its personnel, including the Labor Arbiters, and to effectively implement the Commission's Rules of Procedure, policies, commitments, and objectives, the Chairman issued several Administrative Orders, Memorandum Circulars, Special Orders, Memoranda, Advisories, and the like relative thereto and those pertaining to the disposition of cases and execution of judgment awards from Calendar Year 2006 up to the present;WHEREFORE, RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the En Banc ratifies and adopts all said issuances of the Chairman from Calendar Year 2006 up to the present,...
