April 20, 2017NLRC EN BANC RESOLUTION NO. 005-17WHEREAS, in line with the NLRC's mandate of speedy disposition of cases and to equalize the docket of each Commissioner, prevailing circumstances justify that in case of death or dismissal from service of a Commissioner, all of his/her cases shall be re-raffled to all remaining Commissioners for the Luzon Divisions, and to the remaining Commissioners with respect to the Visayas and Mindanao Divisions, for evaluation and recommendation; WHEREFORE, RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, in case of death or dismissal from service of a Commissioner, all of his/her cases shall be re-raffled to all the Commissioners of the six (6) Luzon Divisions, and to the two remaining Commissioners with respect to the Visayas and Mindanao Divisions.
