September 16, 2015NLRC EN BANC RESOLUTION NO. 010-15WHEREAS, to ensure effective use of execution funds, the "Amended Guidelines on the Use of Execution Funds" was presented for the consideration of the Commission En Banc;WHEREFORE, RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the proposed "Amended Guidelines on the Use of Execution Funds" is ADOPTED and APPROVED. Thus:Administrative Order No. 10-11 dated 19 September 2012 which provides for the uses of its trust fund of execution fees, is hereby updated to cover the following administrative costs and expenses:1. Mailing expenses for writs or notices of judgment awards;2. Reimbursements of travelling expenses of sheriffs who are ordered to serve the writs/notices of executions/garnishment;3. Premiums of Fidelity Bond for Sheriffs and Officers deputized to enforce the monetary judgment awards;4. Storage fee for the levied properties;5. Rental expense for warehouse insurance and expenses for security services;6. Transportation expenses, freight and charges in transporting levied properties to the bonded warehouse; 7. Advance for Republication costs of notices and schedules of auction sale of levied properties;8. Office utilities, supplies, printing of forms...
