September 8, 2006NLRC EN BANC RESOLUTION NO. 17-06WHEREAS, there is a need to issue a clear policy to govern the raffling of cases in case a Commissioner is on leave for a more equitable distribution of caseload. WHEREFORE, RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the following rules shall be followed in the raffling of cases should a Commissioner be on leave:a. Commissioners who are on leave for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days shall be included in the raffling of cases except for injunction or certified cases.b. Commissioners who are on leave for a period exceeding thirty (30) days shall not be included in the raffling of all cases.
