June 7, 2004NLRC MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 6-01-04TO:All Concerned    SUBJECT:NLRC Library Rules and Regulations The NLRC Library, which is directly supervised by the Research, Information and Publications Division, shall be implementing new Library Rules and Regulations starting July 1, 2004. Attached herewith is a copy of said Rules and Regulations, which is made an integral part of this issuance. DcTSHaPlease be informed that the sanctions imposed for violating the said Rules and Regulations (e.g. suspension of library privileges, and salary deduction for lost book) is without prejudice to the filing of appropriate criminal and/or administrative actions under the Revised Penal Code, Civil Service Law,and other existing laws and regulations.For strict compliance.Quezon City, Philippines.(SGD.)
