September 10, 2003NLRC MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 9-01-03TO:All Commissioners and Labor Arbiters This Commission RE:Notice to the Public Published by South Sea Surety and Insurance Company in the Manila Bulletin on August 8, 2003 Attached for your information and guidance, is a copy of the Notice published by South Sea Surety and Insurance Company in the Manila Bulletin on August 8, 2003, informing the public that they are invalidating all their issued insurance policies effective August 8, 2003 and advising the public who were issued policies beyond said date to revalidate the same to their head office with telephone numbers 689-1170 to 1172. TASCDIIn this regard, everyone is hereby advised that should a surety bond of South Sea Surety and Insurance Company issued beyond August 8, 2003 is posted as an appeal bond before us, the appeal should be deemed not perfected for lack of bond.September 10, 2003, Banawe, Quezon City.(SGD.)
