TASCDIIn this regard, everyone is hereby advised that should a surety bond of South Sea Surety and Insurance Company issued beyond August 8, 2003 is posted as an appeal bond before us, the appeal should be deemed not perfected for lack of bond.September 10, 2003, Banawe, Quezon City.(SGD.)
