2009NWPC SERVICE QUALITY: YOUR ROAD GUIDE TO PRODUCTIVITY AND COMPETITIVENESSBACKGROUNDThe National Wages and Productivity Commission of the Department of Labor and Employment developed the Service Quality Program for the Hotel and Restaurant Industry.
