August 1, 2017DOLE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 001-17TO:All DOLE Regional Directors   SUBJECT:One Stop Service Center for OFWs (OSSCO) Further to DOLE Memorandum Order No. 06, Series of 2017, providing for the guidelines on the operation of the One Stop Service Center for OFWs (OSSCO), the following procedure will be implemented in the submission of monthly accomplishment reports: 1. The DOLE Regional Director concerned shall request the members of the OSSCO Regional Monitoring Committee/participating agencies to submit their monthly accomplishment report with sex disaggregation to the POEA Regional Office concerned for consolidation; and2. The POEA Regional Center/Office/Extension Unit shall submit the regional consolidated accomplishment report to the POEA Main Office on or before the 7th day of the succeeding month for endorsement to the DOLE Planning Service.Provisions of issuances inconsistent with this Circular shall be deemed amended.
