April 22, 2002POEA ADVISORY NO. 02-02This is to reiterate our earlier notice posted in the bulletin board of the Household Workers Center on the adoption of the new format of employment contract for Filipino caregivers which is both in English and in Hebrew. Copy is attached for ready reference and perusal.The Philippine Overseas Labor Office, Philippine Embassy, Tel Aviv Israel has circulated similar notice to all Israeli manpower agencies accredited by POEA, as follows:1. In accordance with the advise from the Israeli Labor Ministry based on the Labor Laws of the State of Israel, may we furnish a copy of the attached new format of the Standard Employment Contract which is in both English and in Hebrew. 2. The contents of the contracts had been certified to be in accordance with Israeli labor laws by the "Kazir, Asis, and Company-Advocates", and translated into Hebrews by the "Mila Tova Certified Translators".
