January 7, 1998POEA MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 001-98All Branch Managers and Division Chiefs are hereby directed to prepare an evaluation of their staff performance for the past six months (July to December 1997) following the schedule below: January 12-13, 1998—Submission of actual accomplishments  of subordinates to their supervisors   January 14-19, 1998—Rater's evaluation of staff performance  based on submitted actual accomplishments  vis-a-vis performance targets submitted  to HRDD covering above period   January 20, 1998 —Submission of performance ratings to  the HRD Division   January 21-26, 1998—Setting/review of performance  targets/expected outputs of subordinates  for the next rating period   January 27, 1998 —Submission of new/revised performance  targets of subordinates The HRD Division shall be responsible in the distribution of the performance evaluation forms.
