January 7, 1998POEA MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 001-98All Branch Managers and Division Chiefs are hereby directed to prepare an evaluation of their staff performance for the past six months (July to December 1997) following the schedule below: January 12-13, 1998—Submission of actual accomplishments  of subordinates to their supervisors   January 14-19, 1998—Rater's evaluation of staff performance  based on submitted actual accomplishments  vis-a-vis performance targets submitted  to HRDD covering above period   January 20, 1998 —Submission of performance ratings to  the HRD Division   January 21-26, 1998—Setting/review of performance  targets/expected outputs of subordinates  for the next rating period   January 27, 1998 —Submission of new/revised performance  targets of subordinates The HRD Division shall be responsible in the distribution of the performance evaluation forms. Further, said Division shall have the responsibility of validating ratings obtained based on the performance targets earlier submitted.Non-submission of performance ratings may result in the disqualification of raters and/or employees from promotional opportunities and the grant of productivity bonus and other similar benefits.Further, all raters who have not submitted the performance evaluation of their staff covering the period...
