Gil Puyat Ave., Makati City Friday, July 27 2012 at 9:00 A.M.WHEREAS, on July 30, 2006, the GSIS, through then President and General Manager (PGM) Winston F. Garcia, wrote a letter to this Commission requesting for an amendment to Section 2 (b), Rule XIII of the Amended Rules on Employees' Compensation (AREC) which provides; aSIDCT"Sec. 2. Period of Entitlement. —A. For primary beneficiaries:(a) . . .(b) The monthly income benefit shall be guaranteed for five years which in no case shall be less than fifteen thousand pesos (Php15,000.00).
