January 17, 2018.](RO700-IN-01-06-08-17)IN RE: PETITION FOR CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION OF PRINCE COURT WORKERS UNIONPRINCE COURT HOTEL CEBU, PRINCE COURT SUITES CEBU, BEST INN and AAY MANAGEMENT, petitioners-appellants, vs. PRINCE COURT WORKERS UNION (PCWU), respondent-appellee.RESOLUTIONThis resolves the Motion for Reconsideration filed by Prince Court Hotel Cebu, Prince Court Suites Cebu, Best Inn and AAY Management Services, through their counsel, from the Resolution dated 17 November 2017 issued by this Office, the dispositive portion of which reads: WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Memorandum of Appeal filed by Prince Court Hotel Cebu, Prince Court Suites Cebu, Best Inn and AAY Management Services (Prince Court, et al.) is hereby DISMISSED for lack of merit. The Order dated 07 September 2017 of OIC Regional Director Cyril Ticao of DOLE ROVII is hereby AFFIRMED.Accordingly, the Certificate of Registration of Prince Court Workers Union (PCWU) shall remain in the roster of legitimate labor organization in this jurisdiction.SO RESOLVED.In its Motion for Reconsideration, Prince Court, et al., argued that this Office committed error when it ruled on the Memorandum of Appeal even if...
