January 17, 2018.](RO700-IN-01-06-08-17)IN RE: PETITION FOR CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION OF PRINCE COURT WORKERS UNIONPRINCE COURT HOTEL CEBU, PRINCE COURT SUITES CEBU, BEST INN and AAY MANAGEMENT, petitioners-appellants, vs. PRINCE COURT WORKERS UNION (PCWU), respondent-appellee.RESOLUTIONThis resolves the Motion for Reconsideration filed by Prince Court Hotel Cebu, Prince Court Suites Cebu, Best Inn and AAY Management Services, through their counsel, from the Resolution dated 17 November 2017 issued by this Office, the dispositive portion of which reads: WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Memorandum of Appeal filed by Prince Court Hotel Cebu, Prince Court Suites Cebu, Best Inn and AAY Management Services (Prince Court, et al.) is hereby DISMISSED for lack of merit.
