DAWN MANUFACTURING CORPORATION, employer-appellee.RESOLUTIONThis resolves the Memorandum of Appeal filed by Obrero Pilipino-D.I.D.P. Chapter from the Certification of Final Certification Election Result dated 24 September 2015 of DOLE Region Office No. III Mediator-Arbiter Eladio L. De Jesus, the dispositive portion of which reads: WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, This Office declares a valid certification election with "NO UNION" votes prevailing over the petitioning union.SO CERTIFIED.The facts of the case are as follows:On 08 May 2015, Obrero Pilipino-D.I.D.P. Chapter (Obrero Pilipino, for brevity) filed a petition for certification election seeking to represent all the rank-and-file employees consist of more or less one hundred (100) of D.I. Dawn Manufacturing Corporation (D.I. Dawn, for brevity), an unorganized establishment. 1 It averred that no certification election was held for the last twelve (12) months.On 22 July 2015, Mediator-Arbiter Eladio L.
