Villaluz is hereby AFFIRMED.SO RESOLVED.In its Motion, Obrero Pilipino-Katolec-Philippines Chapter (Obrero Pilipino, for brevity) alleged that the lapse of three-year period from the last certification election on 18 September 2013 is more than enough to set another certification election to determine the majority status of KAPLU-PMA.
