EMPLOYEE LABOR UNION-ORGANIZED LABOR UNION IN LINE INDUSTRIES AND AGRICULTURE (MSIELU-OLALIA), petitioner-appellant,MANCO SYNTHETIC, INC. (MSI), employer.RESOLUTIONThis resolves the Motion for Reconsideration filed by Manco Synthetic, Inc. from the Resolution dated 20 June 2016, the dispositive portion of which reads: WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Appeal Memorandum filed by Manco Synthetic, Inc. Employee Labor Union-OLALIA is PARTIALLY GRANTED. The Order dated 28 March 2016 of the DOLE Regional Office No. IV-A Mediator-Arbiter Maureen Zena O. Serazon-Tongson is hereby MODIFIED. Accordingly, except for the ballots of Ronecito Advincula, Ferdinand Carino, Jaime Monterey, Jesus Villanueva, Michael Barbosa, Frederick Marzo, Dennis Rodriguez, Ronaldo Tejares, Rogelo Tomas, Cecilito Torres, Edgardo Bayeta and Lutgardes Mutyaon, the segregated votes be opened and canvassed.Let the entire records be remanded to the Regional Office of origin for the opening and canvassing of the one hundred twenty seven (127) segregated ballots.SO RESOLVED.Manco Synthetic, Inc.
