Isabel from the Order dated 27 November 2015 of the DOLE Regional Office No. V Mediator-Arbiter Ma. Karina Perida-Trayvilla, the dispositive portion of which reads: WHEREFORE, premises considered, the instant petition is hereby DISMISSED for lack of merit.SO ORDERED.The facts are as follows:Universidad de Sta. Isabel (USI, for brevity) is a non-stock, Catholic, charitable and educational institution existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines operating in Naga City, Camarines Sur.
