June 21, 2016.](RO3-RO-CE-32-10-06-15)IN RE: PETITION FOR CERTIFICATION ELECTION AMONG SUPERVISORY AND TECHNICAL STAFF OF PUYAT FLOORING PRODUCTS, INC.SAMAHAN NG MGA MANGGAGAWA SA PUYAT FLOORING PRODUCTS, INC.-ASSOCIATION OF GENUINE LABOR ORGANIZATIONS (SMPFPI-AGLO), petitioner-appellee,PUYAT FLOORING PRODUCTS, INC., employer-appellant.RESOLUTIONThis resolves the Memorandum of Appeal filed by Puyat Flooring Products, Inc. from the Order dated 08 April 2016 of DOLE RO No. 3 Mediator-Arbiter Remedios T. Vegim-Teves, the dispositive portion of which reads: WHEREFORE, premises considered, petitioner-union PUYAT FLOORING PRODUCTS, INC. SUPERVISORY & TECHNICAL STAFF EMPLOYEES UNION having garnered more than the majority of the valid votes cast and there being no election protest filed, is hereby CERTIFIED as sole and exclusive bargaining representative of all the supervisory employees of PUYAT FLOORING PRODUCTS, INC.PUYAT FLOORING PRODUCTS, INC. SUPERVISORY & TECHNICAL STAFF EMPLOYEES UNION is hereby directed to submit its DOLE-issued Certificate of Creation within five (5) days from receipt of this Order pursuant to Section 16, Rule IX, Department Order No. 40-03 as amended, to be entitled to all rights and privileges of a legitimate labor organizations.SO ORDERED.The...
