Villaruel, the dispositive portion of which reads: WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Petition for Certification Election filed by National Federation of Labor Unions-Kilusang Mayo Uno (NAFLU-KMU), in behalf of its chartered local, San Juanita Multi-Purpose Cooperative Worker's Union-NAFLU-KMU is hereby GRANTED.
