Petate, the dispositive portion of which reads: WHEREFORE, premises considered, the petition for certification election among the rank-and-file employees of TNS Philippines, Inc. filed by National Federation of Labor is hereby DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICED.SO ORDERED.The facts are as follows:On 29 June 2015, TNS Employees Association-National Federation of Labor (TNSEA-NFL, for brevity) through the National Federation of Labor (NFL, for brevity), 1 filed a petition for certification election among the rank-and-file employees of TNS Philippines, Inc.
