Petate, the dispositive portion of which reads:"WHEREFORE, premises considered, the petition filed by Carlito P. Roble against Ramon G. Doria, Randy N. Gonzales and Clarissa T. Carabido is DISMISSED for lack of merit. The Election of Officers of San Juan De Dios Educational Foundation Employees Association-Alliance of Filipino Workers on 26 August 2016 is considered VALID.
