Evangelista-Conge, the dispositive portion of which reads: WHEREFORE, premises considered, immediate restitution must proceed as follows:a.) The respondents, Antonio Prado and Rogelio Absulo, must restitute the amount of sixteen thousand five hundred pesos (P16,500.00) representing medical assistance. However, respondents after restitution may claim reimbursement from the concerned beneficiaries as listed above.b.) Respondent Antonio Prado should immediately remit to the union funds the amount of forty-four thousand pesos (P44,000.00) representing the increase of monthly allowance of the union president, as computed by the Audit Examiner.c.)
