Evangelista-Conge, the dispositive portion of which reads: WHEREFORE, premises considered, immediate restitution must proceed as follows:a.) The respondents, Antonio Prado and Rogelio Absulo, must restitute the amount of sixteen thousand five hundred pesos (P16,500.00) representing medical assistance.
