February 28, 2017.](RO4A-LPO-IN-02-28-09-16)IN RE: PETITION TO NULLIFY THE AMENDMENTS OF ARTICLE IV-MEMBERSHIP OF THE NCWU'S CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWSELINO ROSALES, RYAN MARQUEZ AND NORBERTO AVENDANO, petitioners, vs. JIM MALANGIS AND ANGELO SOLANO, respondents.RESOLUTIONThis resolves the Appeal filed by Jim Malangis and Angelo Soriano from the Resolution dated 14 December 2016 issued by DOLE-RO IV-A Mediator-Arbiter Rosita C. Villaluz, the dispositive portion of which reads: WHEREFORE, in view of the factual and documentary pieces of evidence of falsification and forgery attendant in the signatures of January 25, 2016 membership assembly, this Office hereby declared the amendments of Article IV of the NCWU Constitution and By-laws as void ab initio. Therefore, all union actions and sanctions emanating from such Amended Article IV are hereby REVOKED and SET ASIDE.
