June 4, 1990RULES OF PROCEDURE ON MINIMUM WAGE FIXINGPursuant to Article 121(c) of the Labor Code as amended by Section 3 of R.A. 6727, the National Wages and Productivity Commission hereby adopts and promulgates the following rules of procedure governing the proceedings in the Commission and the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Boards in the fixing of minimum wage rates by region, province, or industry.RULE IGeneral ProvisionsSECTION 1. Title. This Rules shall be known as the Rules of Procedure on Minimum Wage Fixing.SECTION 2. Construction.
