Villaluz dated 14 July 2016, the dispositive portion of which reads: PREMISES CONSIDERED, it is hereby resolved:1. To deny the letter-request of respondent Lakas to negotiate a version of its own CBA covering the rank-and-file employees of Sagara;2. In the absence of temporary restraining order or injunction, and pursuant to the SEBA issued in favor of respondent Lakas, the latter is therefore authorized to assume administration of the existing Collective Bargaining entered into by respondent Namawu 180; and3.
