The Resolution dated 14 July 2016 of DOLE ROIV-A Mediator-Arbiter Rosita Villaluz is AFFIRMED.SO RESOLVED.In its Motion, Samahan ng Manggagawa sa Sagara-NAMAWU Local 180 argues that they are the rightful exclusive bargaining representative of the rank-and-file employees of Sagara. It insists that it still holds the majority status as the majority of the employees in the bargaining unit has ratified the CBA.We deny.After assiduous review of the records of the case, we find that the issues raised by Samahan ng Manggagawa sa Sagara-NAMAWU Local 180...
