The Resolution dated 14 July 2016 of DOLE ROIV-A Mediator-Arbiter Rosita Villaluz is AFFIRMED.SO RESOLVED.In its Motion, Samahan ng Manggagawa sa Sagara-NAMAWU Local 180 argues that they are the rightful exclusive bargaining representative of the rank-and-file employees of Sagara.
