March 22, 2020POEA ADVISORY NO. 34-20SINGAPORE PROHIBITS ENTRY OR TRANSIT OF ALL SHORT TERM VISITORS AND LIMITS ENTRY OF WORK PASS HOLDERSThe government of Singapore has announced that beginning 23 March 2020, all short term visitors will not be allowed to enter or transit through Singapore in view of the heightened risk of COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, the City-State will only allow the entry/return of work pass holders including their dependents for those providing essential services such as those in the healthcare and transport.For the information and guidance of all concerned.
