Submission of Updated Employment Status of Agency Personnel

July 7, 2020POEA ADVISORY NO. 95-20SUBMISSION OF UPDATED EMPLOYMENT STATUS OF AGENCY PERSONNELThe volatile economic situation created by the COVID-19 pandemic worldwide and in the country has greatly affected the business operations of licensed landbased and seabased agencies. It has caused agencies to temporarily close operations, including its branches, downsize the number of its staff to a minimum level, terminated or retrenched their personnel, among others. ATICcSIn view of this, all landbased and seabased agencies are directed to immediately submit the following thru email at [email protected] and thru designated drop box located at the POEA lobby:1. Updated List of personnel who are actively employed with their agency as of 31 July 2020; and2. List of employees who have resigned, or were retrenched or terminated from March 2020 to the present.The latest data on the agency's officers and staff is very important in order to update its records at the POEA database.Further, ALL agencies are hereby directed to update the POEA, on a regular basis, on the employment status of their personnel, particularly those who...
