ERWIN ANGELES, petitioner-appellee, vs. JOVITO PARADINA, JON COLILI, MERVIN CABALQUINTO, JUNAR ZULUETA, respondents-appellants.RESOLUTIONThis resolves the Appeal filed by Jovito Paradina, Jon Colili, Mervin Cabalquinto and Junar Zulueta from the Resolution dated 30 January 2018 of DOLE Regional Office No. IVA Mediator-Arbiter Atty. Rosita C. Villaluz, the dispositive portion of which reads: WHEREFORE, premises considered, the audit report recommending 13 corrective measures are hereby incorporated as part of this dispositive portion; further, respondents Jovito Paradina, Jon Colili, Mervin Cabalquinto and Junar Zulueta are hereby directed to EXPLAIN, ACCOUNT, and JUSTIFY in the general membership meeting the following amounts:I. FIVE MILLION THIRTY-SIX THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTEEN AND 83/100 (Php5,036,613.83) and broken down as follows:2013Php1,632,500.002014Php389,413.832015Php1,903,700.002016Php1,111,000.00 II. WIN-AP Bank Account Number 3-38606695-8 unsupported cash withdrawals for the years 2013 to 2016 amounting to Php1,280,005.00 while cash deposits amounting to Php1,183,204.12. However, on the premise that all transactions were supported, the provided WIN-AP grant amounting to Php282,500.00 and TAPLU equity amounting to Php150,000.00 does not generates or realizes income...
