VILLAMOR, respondent.O R D E RBefore us are two pleadings denominated as motion for reconsideration and appeal, filed on 04 February 1994 and 01 August 1994 respectively, relative to the order dated 25 January 1994 of Assistant Regional Director Jesus C. Sebastian, National Capital Region, resolving the instant petition for audit. The dispositive portion of the order reads:"WHEREFORE, premises considered, the disallowed expenses on food and transportation amounting to P12,545.64 and the over expenses of P71.81 or a total of P12,617.45 be explained to the general membership within ten (10) days from receipt hereof, minutes of which should be furnished this Office.
