Sebastian, National Capital Region, resolving the instant petition for audit. The dispositive portion of the order reads:"WHEREFORE, premises considered, the disallowed expenses on food and transportation amounting to P12,545.64 and the over expenses of P71.81 or a total of P12,617.45 be explained to the general membership within ten (10) days from receipt hereof, minutes of which should be furnished this Office.
