VICENTE, ET AL., petitioners-appellants, vs. FRANCES ANN REVILO, oppositor-appellee.RESOLUTIONThis resolves the Motion for Reconsideration herein treated as appeal filed by Jacqueline N. Vicente and other officers of Pinag-Isang Tinig at Lakas ng Anakpawis-Lifebank Foundation, Inc., Mindanao Rank-and-File Chapter from the Order dated 19 August 2016 of DOLE-RO XI Regional Director Joffrey M. Suyao, the dispositive portion of which, reads:WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Petition for Voluntary Dissolution is hereby DENIED. Pinag-Isang Tinig at Lakas ng Anakpawis (PIGLAS)-Lifebank Foundation, Inc., Mindanao Rank-and-File Chapter remains in the roster of legitimate labor organization of this Office.SO ORDERED.The facts are as follows:Pinag-Isang Tinig at Lakas ng Anakpawis-Lifebank Foundation, Inc., Mindanao Rank-and-File Chapter (PIGLAS-Lifebank Rank-and-File, for brevity) is a legitimate labor organization with Certificate of Creation of Local Chapter No. ROXI-DCFO-1506-LC-174 1 issued on 16 June 2015.
